Exchange return policy

Naturally Yourss operates on a no exchange policy. Returns are acceptable within 7 working days with video proof detailing the fault in our product. Naturally Yourss reserves the right to accept or reject the video proof.

Please ensure that items being returned are unused and include all original packaging (if applicable). After we receive the items, our customer service team will reach out to you to process the refund.
